Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Black White Jeans purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we are here to help. We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned to us in their original condition:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be free of marks, stains, or scents (please be careful when trying items on).
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags attached and inside their original packaging.
  • Careful Opening: Please do not use scissors or sharp objects to open your package; the packaging is designed to be torn open safely.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

For hygiene and commercial reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Hygiene: Headwear, underwear, and swimwear are non-returnable.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased in the Sale Department, Black Friday Offers, or Christmas Offers are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only.
  • Discount Codes: Codes are valid on full-price items only unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping: We do not offer free returns. The cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility.
  • Liability: We highly recommend using a tracked service. We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit if they have not been tracked back to us.
  • Exchanges: In the case of an exchange, we will ship the new item out to you free of charge.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Processing Time

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to handle your return, and a further 7 days for your refund to appear in your account.
